Town of Salisbury Affordable Housing Plan 2023

In October 2023, the Town of Salisbury adopted an updated version of its Affordable Housing Plan, first created in 2018. This Plan outlines the continuing need for affordable housing in Salisbury, proposes a specific goal of 100 housing units over the next ten years, and describes specific actions that can be taken to achieve that goal.
